Lapsang tea was created by chance in the village of Xincun during the Qing Dynasty in 221 f.KrFresh tea leaves were dried over bonfires fueled with pine or cypress wood. to create this iconic unmistakable taste and character of smokiness. The robust smoky taste makes the tea a perfect match for spicy food and whiskey. Also great as an additional flavoring in food and cocktails.

This Lapsang Souchong is organic and comes from controlled organic cultivation, and the flavoring is completely certified organic
