Keemun Congou is produced in the lowland region of Qimen in southern Anhui Province. It wasn't until the end of the 19th century that a man from Fujian started cultivating black Congoutes in the Anhui region. The tea quickly became popular worldwide and is considered one of the world's best black teas. This tea is stronger and has a slightly earthy character.
