Earl Grey Special is a modern and exclusive interpretation of the traditional Earl Grey-tea made by us at The Tea Centre of Stockholm as part of our popular Golden Blendsseries. This unique blend has quickly become a favorite among our customers, and it's not hard to see why.

Unlike a regular Earl Grey Our version offers a broader flavor range. The classic bergamot – which in our case comes from southern Italy – is accompanied by fresh citrus zest and a finely tuned note of lemongrass. The result is a tea that is both fresh, floral and full-bodied at the same time.

Earl Grey Special is just as delicious with or without milk, and is an excellent choice for those looking for a black tea with both elegance and character. Many of our customers tell us that it is difficult to go back to regular Earl Grey. Grey after tasting this.

For this tea, we suggest that you try the Western brewing style. The idea behind this technique is to use fewer leaves and much more water, while brewing time becomes longer to extract as much of the taste as possible at one and the same time.

Earl Grey Special is our own refined interpretation of the classic Earl Grey blend, created at The Tea Centre of Stockholm as part of our popular Golden Blends series.

The base of full-bodied black tea meets bergamot from southern Italy, complemented by citrus peel and a subtle hint of lemongrass. Together they create a fresh and aromatic cup with greater depth and complexity than a traditional Earl Grey.

The result is an elegant black tea with a distinct citrus character that is just as enjoyable at breakfast as it is during afternoon tea – and equally delicious with or without milk.

For many, it quickly becomes difficult to return to an ordinary Earl Grey after tasting this one.
