At the heart of Sencha H2O is the delicate "Asamushi", a lightly steamed Sencha tea renowned for its visual elegance, boasting long, dark green tea leaves that elegantly unfold into your cup. This tea variety adds an enchanting, aesthetically pleasing dimension to the blend, while its deep, flavorful, and umami-filled notes elevate the flavor profile to extraordinary heights.
To give the tea additional body and a tantalizing bitterness, we have combined "Asamushi" with "Fukamushi", a deeply steamed tea variety. For this tea, we suggest that you try the Western brewing style. The idea behind this technique is to use fewer leaves and much more water, while brewing time becomes longer to extract as much of the taste as possible at one and the same time.
