This tea has a lovely, round and nutty character.

An unusual tea, as it is roasted over glowing coals. The leaves change color to reddish brown and the flavor takes on a very roasted and nutty note. The process is said to have originated in Kyoto around 1920. The taste is light and at the same time very roasted, without bitterness. This tea has a lovely, round and nutty character.
